One year of experience is what we usually require, but if you have less than a year of experience and you are willing to learn and to be trained, you are still qualified.

Teachers' classes are assigned by the management.

One to three months is the probationary period.

Scheduling of classes is fixed, classes will be scheduled according to your shift.

There are three shifts at Wecans; morning shift (6AM to 2PM), night shift (2:30PM to 11PM), and broken shift (6AM to 10AM and 7PM to 11PM)

Five days a week. Workdays at Wecans is Monday to Friday only.

We do not have openings for home-based teachers. All our teachers are office-based.

As of now, our students' nationality is korean.

The age bracket of students at Wecans is five to seventy years old.

As long as you are fluent and proficient in english, you don't have to know the korean language.

Yes, we currently offer part time positions.

Yes, we provide lesson modules to teachers.

One activity we conduct is the anual team building.

You don't have to bring anything during interview.

The first thing you have to do is to submit your resume through email or in person. This will be reviewed by the management; you will then be scheduled for an interview once you qualified.
